Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; three years of healthcare or dental clinic customer service preferred.
• Experience in a clinic setting and ability to verify patient information across multiple systems.
• English/Spanish bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive at the clinic or call in.
• Guide patients through administrative details of visits.
• Update patient information across multiple systems.
• Receive incoming calls and route information.
• Calculate and collect payment for clinic services.
• Verify benefits at check-in and input data accurately.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Assist with reminder calls and service recovery.
• Coordinate clinic schedules with providers and staff.
