Job summary

Texas Coalition for Animal Protection (TCAP) seeks an experienced Clinic Manager to lead a high-volume veterinary clinic, owning daily operations, staffing and client experience. This hands-on leader will optimize workflows, manage resources and drive financial performance in a mission-driven organization.

The role requires a strong operational mindset, strategic vision, and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining excellent patient care and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading teams, managing day-to-day operations and driving performance under shifting priorities.
• Experience in veterinary medicine or high-volume service operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop and hold team accountable for performance and TCAP standards.
• Own daily clinic operations, patient/client flow, staffing, workflow and resource allocation.
• Own clinic financial and operational performance and drive budgets and cost objectives.
• Deliver professional, timely client service and manage complex client concerns.
• Maintain safety procedures, cleanliness, facilities, equipment and readiness for daily patient volume.
• Represent TCAP in the community and travel to other clinic locations as needed.
