Texas Coalition for Animal Protection (TCAP) seeks an experienced Veterinary Operations Manager to lead a high-volume clinic in North Texas. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and financial performance while driving exceptional patient care and client experience.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a mission-driven nonprofit veterinary setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field; combination of education and leadership experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own daily clinic operations, patient flow, staffing, workflow and resources.
• Lead, coach and hold team members accountable for performance and TCAP standards.
• Analyze key metrics and drive achievement of goals and budgets.
• Ensure safety, quality, patient care and client experience.
