Job summary

Guthrie Medical Group, P.C. is seeking a supervisory professional to coordinate daily operations across designated offices in New York. You will partner with practice administration, physicians, and clinic staff to ensure efficient workflows and staffing alignment.

The role requires a minimum of three years of related experience (two in supervision) and an Associates Degree preferred, with strong communication and organization skills to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred, minimum required by experience.
• At least three years of related experience, two in supervision.
• Strong independent judgement, planning and problem solving.
• Advanced communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities of assigned Guthrie Medical Group offices.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff and leadership to address business needs.
• Plan daily staffing for clinic/office support and assist with long-term staffing needs.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding to ensure continuity.
• Analyze workflow to optimize staff usage, space and productivity.
• Prepare sections for new physicians by identifying staffing and scheduling requirements.
• Engage in clinic committees and projects; support personal development planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
