Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven years of related experience, or a Bachelor's plus three years in related roles.
• Experience supervising clinic/center staff and managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of practice operations, patient scheduling, medical/insurance terminology, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of CIM and IBH.
• Supervise clinic operations staff and manage performance and development.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations: patient registration, scheduling, revenue cycle, facilities coordination, and medical assistant operations.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff; participate in hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient service; resolve escalated issues.
