Job summary

MultiCare is seeking a Supv-Clinic Office to provide direct supervision of daily clinic operations. You will coach and mentor staff, physicians and APPs to practice to the full capability of their roles, ensuring ethical, professional, service and regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead change and drive performance improvement, aligning clinic goals with the system-wide mission while supporting a mission-driven team in a community that feels like home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four years of leadership experience in healthcare.
• Internal candidates may be considered if criteria are met.
• Master's degree plus 2 years leadership experience may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinic operations and clinic staff.
• Coach and mentor staff, physicians and APPs to maximize capabilities.
