Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 3 years of administrative/management experience in a medical clinic/physician office setting.
• Knowledge of medical office operations.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and schedules clinic staff and collaborates with clinic leadership.
• Coordinates staff orientation and ongoing training.
• Oversees billing, supply management, and compliance with HIPAA and CLIA standards.
• Drives quality improvement and ensures patient-centered service standards.
