The role includes crisis support, integration with primary care, training clinicians, conducting assessments, charting, and contributing to quality improvement while adhering to clinic policies.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• 3+ years of experience in clinical psychology
• Experience testing and treating psychological conditions across the lifespan
• Ability to work effectively as a team with providers, staff and clients
• Experience delivering services to medically underserved populations

Responsabilités

• Provide direct clinical therapy services to patients.
• Conduct clinical assessments and make treatment recommendations.
• Provide crisis support services as needed.
• Supervise behavioral staff, interns/externs and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain timely, accurate records and participate in quality improvement activities.
