Responsibilities

• Core responsibilities: Collect all money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Customer Service
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
• Make all welcome calls and monitor arrival rate to improve patient experience
• Manage schedule efficiently
