Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and patient records.
• Serve as patient advocate, guiding and supporting patients.
• Deliver exceptional service and exceed patient expectations.
• Quote fees, collect payments, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist with clinic marketing and promote profitability.
• Answer calls via multi-line phone system and route inquiries.
• Monitor inventory and manage daily clerical tasks.
• Train staff on daily procedures as directed.
• Document patient progress notes in EMR and charts.
