Job summary

Medi-Weightloss is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Orlando clinic, ensuring policy adherence and high-level service. You will manage clinical, financial, operational and administrative tasks while driving clinic sales and goals.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coach staff, run meetings and uphold brand standards across all processes. This is a full-time, on-site position in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managerial: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Maintain operation standards according to KPI benchmarks.
• Coach staff on performance and professional development to uphold operational excellence.
• Lead weekly meetings with clinic staff to ensure goal achievement and franchise consistency.
• Hands-on approach to uphold policies and standards for clinic operations, cleanliness and staff duties.
• Multitask, organize, and adapt to various roles to complete tasks timely.
• Identify issues in policies, service levels or personnel; develop corrections and solutions.
• Think proactively rather than reactively in daily operations.
