Job summary

Monovo is seeking a Clinic Operations Specialist to work directly with partner clinics, serving as a bridge between patients, clinic staff, and Monovo teams. The role blends healthcare operations, relationship management, patient engagement, and business operations to ensure successful program delivery and strong patient experiences.

You will enroll patients, manage enrollment onboarding, and collaborate across teams to optimize clinics' performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel approximately one week per month.
• Entry‑level candidates may apply without prior healthcare experience.
• Mid‑level candidates must have previous healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clinic providers, staff, and patients.
• Guide patients through enrollment and onboarding of Monovo programs.
• Navigate questions and concerns with empathy and confidence.
• Support day‑to‑day clinic operations and solve problems as they arise.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and patient experience.
• Partner with internal Monovo teams to support clinic performance and growth.
• Learn how patient engagement, clinic operations, revenue, and business performance connect.
