Monovo is seeking a Clinic Operations Specialist to join our Utah-based team. You will connect with patients, clinic staff, and Monovo teams to ensure smooth operations, strong partnerships, and proactive care delivery.

Key responsibilities include enrollment guidance, ongoing patient engagement, and collaboration with clinics to optimize workflows and revenue performance. This entry-to-mid level role offers travel once per month and growth into broader leadership opportunities as Monovo scales.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clinic providers, staff, and patients.
• Help patients understand and engage with Monovo programs.
• Guide patients through enrollment and onboarding.
• Navigate questions, concerns, and difficult conversations with empathy and confidence.
• Support day-to-day clinic operations and solve problems as they arise.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and the patient experience.
• Partner with internal Monovo teams to support clinic performance and growth.
