Monovo is seeking a Clinic Operations Specialist in Port Orchard, WA to work directly with partner clinics and act as a bridge between patients, clinic staff, and Monovo teams. The role blends healthcare operations, relationship management, patient engagement, and business operations to ensure successful program delivery.

You will help clinics operate programs smoothly while delivering a strong patient and partner experience and you will grow into broader responsibility as Monovo scales.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel approximately one week per month.
• Entry-level candidates may apply without prior healthcare experience.
• Mid-level candidates must have healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clinic providers, staff, and patients.
• Guide patients through enrollment and onboarding.
• Support day-to-day clinic operations and solve problems as they arise.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and patient experience.
• Partner with internal Monovo teams to support clinic performance and growth.
