Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking an experienced manager to direct and oversee Service, Operational, Clinical, Team and Population Health Initiatives. You will analyze month-end financials, variances, and biweekly productivity to identify improvements, deliver reports to the Clinic Director, develop action plans, implement change, and sustain gains while transitioning new providers.

Strong problem solving, conflict management and leadership skills, plus commitment to NRHS's mission, will

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or clinical field; or Associates degree with willingness to earn Bachelor's within five years of hire.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience; 3 years in a clinic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees areas of responsibility related to Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Clinical Excellence, Team Excellence and Population Health Initiatives.
• Uses month-end financials, departmental variance and biweekly productivity reports to identify improvement opportunities; deliver departmental reports to Clinic Director, develop action plans, implement change and maintain improvement; transition new providers into the clinical environment.
• Demonstrates problem solving and conflict management skills.
• Demonstrates basic leadership competencies: delegating, coaching and mentoring, and driving change.
• Actively supports the shared mission and vision of NRHS to achieve strategic goals.
