• Functions in a managerial role to: Utilize month-end financial, departmental variance, and biweekly productivity reports to identify areas for improvement. Deliver departmental reports to Clinic Director as instructed, develop action plans, implement change and maintain achieved improvement. Successfully complete departmental Projects and transition new providers into the clinical environment.
• Demonstrates Problem Solving and Conflict Management Skills.
• Demonstrates Basic Leadership Competencies related to: Delegating authority, defining parameters and letting others learn from mistakes in a safe environment. Devoting time to listen and provide coaching and mentoring for individual development. Continually working toward self-awareness and professional improvement.
