Job summary

Medi-Weightloss of Enfield, CT, is seeking a Medical Operations Manager/Practice Manager to lead our clinic’s administrative and clinical staff. You will oversee scheduling, patient registration, and medical records, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and delivering outstanding patient care.

You will also manage billing, reporting, and inventory, driving continuous improvement and staff development to support patients on their weight-loss journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a dedicated team of administrative and clinical staff.
• Ensure patients receive outstanding care and service throughout their journey.
• Oversee daily office operations including scheduling and patient registration.
• Ensure clinic adherence to healthcare regulations and internal policies.
• Manage billing, accounts receivable, and other financial aspects of the clinic.
• Monitor and manage inventory of clinic supplies and equipment.
• Implement quality assurance measures to uphold patient care standards.
• Generate reports and analyze data to track clinic performance.
