This role drives efficient office operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care while coordinating scheduling, registrations and medical records.

You will oversee billing, inventory, reporting, and staff development in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a medical office management role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a team of administrative and clinical staff.
• Ensure patients receive outstanding care and service throughout their journey.
• Oversee daily office operations: scheduling, patient registration and medical records.
• Ensure clinic compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
• Manage billing, accounts receivable and other financial aspects.
• Monitor clinic supplies and equipment; control inventory.
• Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards of care.
• Generate reports and analyze data to track clinic performance and identify improvements.
• Provide training and support to staff to enhance skills.
• Develop strategies to boost patient engagement and satisfaction.
• Proactively engage with potential patients to convert leads into appointments.
