Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative and clinical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Coordinate scheduling for tests and treatments and maintain patient records.
• Order and manage supplies, inventory, and equipment to support care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with policies, confidentiality, and safety standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor hourly staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee staffing, attendance, and timesheet approvals; manage scheduling.
• Direct clinic operations including registration, cash collection, and referrals/authorizations.
