• Ensures clinics are operated in accordance with regulatory requirements and policies.
• Communicates opportunities and best practices to the Director of Operations.
• Ensures revenue management policies and systems support billing and collection.
• Defines job responsibilities and performance expectations; recruits, trains, and supervises staff.
