Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Three years as an LPN or RN in community clinic, public health nursing, and/or hospital setting.
• Three years prior management experience required.
• Licensed as LPN or RN in the State of Missouri, CPR.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinical operations of the health center sites and supervises clinical staff.
• Directs staffing, monitors schedules, and ensures adequate coverage.
• Performs Nurse Coordinator duties during staffing shortages.
• Drives quality outcomes using huddles and DRVS data.
• Ensures staff are within scope of practice and EHR documentation is complete.
• Supports recruitment, orientation, and training of new employees.
