Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with Missouri licensure.
• Three years of RN experience in community clinic, public health, or hospital settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the quality of medical assistant services.
• Coordinate and monitor provisions of medical services.
• Assist providers, take and record vital signs, distribute samples, and administer injections per orders.
• Triage walk-in and call-in patients for care and safety.
• Maintain patient records, complete forms, and ensure confidentiality.
• Monitor exam setup and equipment readiness.
• Provide health education and counsel patients and families; coordinate nursing care plans.
• Initiate referrals for high-risk patients and track results.
• Assist with Quality Improvement program implementation and evaluation.
• Observe symptoms, document reactions, and report to provider.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
