Job summary

Blue Ridge Health is seeking a Practice Manager I to join our Clinical Team at multiple Clinic locations in North Carolina. The role focuses on coordinating day-to-day clinic operations and staff, with a goal of delivering high-quality patient care in a compliant and efficient environment.

You will lead scheduling, budgeting, training, and supplier management while collaborating with senior management to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BRH staff-level clinical support experience preferred.
• RN or LPN license in NC preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Establish provider and staff schedules and allocate manpower, space and equipment to ensure effective patient care.
• Coordinate with clinic teams to resolve patient flow issues as they occur.
• Review patient and customer complaints and work with patients to resolve issues.
• Coordinate interviewing candidates and vacation schedules for clinic staff.
• Coordinate orientation, competency, and ongoing training of new employees at clinic sites.
• Monitor budgeted funds and assist with annual operating, capital, and training budgets.
• Oversee ordering of supplies and maintenance of office equipment; review supply utilization and cost-savings.
