You will ensure HIPAA compliance, coordinate services across specialties, and drive process improvements. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in leadership; Master’s preferred. Onsite schedule Mon-Fri 8a-5p.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years leadership experience can substitute.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading clinics and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
• Strong communication and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinic operations to ensure efficient patient care.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates staff including physicians and nurses.
• Manages accounts receivable/payable and vendor contracts.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
• Develops budgets and monitors expenditures.
• Partners with leadership to improve service delivery.
