Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations to ensure productivity.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff.
• Manages accounts receivable/payable and vendor contracts.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and quality improvement data usage.
• Develops budgets and improves service delivery.
• Makes sure attendance and policies are followed.
