Job summary

Northwest Medical Group is seeking a Manager I, Clinics to oversee daily operations of the Internal Medicine clinic(s) in Michigan City area. You will lead clinical and administrative staff, manage budgets, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive performance improvements to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes staff development, cross-functional collaboration, and achieving organizational goals, with a Mon-Fri 8a-5p schedule and onsite work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or four+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Master's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations to ensure an efficient work environment.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates clinical and administrative staff.
• Manages accounts receivable/payable and ensures prompt payments.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and manages clinic policies and procedures.
• Drives quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Collaborates with leadership to optimize service delivery.
