Job summary

Myers Assessment and Therapeutic Services seeks a Clinic Manager to bridge daily clinical care and operational excellence in our Georgia ABA clinic. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of facility management, administrative and behavior technician teams, scheduling, and compliance with medical and funding standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of healthcare operations or office management experience in a setting with hourly staff.
• Experience in autism clinic, ABA practice, or pediatric healthcare preferred.
• Active RBT certification, BCBA/LBA licensure and CPR/First Aid are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and facility oversight with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Manage front desk, scheduling, and session coverage to maximize clinical hours.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and assess RBTs and administrative staff.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, audit readiness, and high-quality documentation.
• Oversee budget, inventory, and procurement of supplies and refreshments.
• Uphold SOPs and drive KPI achievement for utilization, retention, and compliance.
