AllianceHealth Medical Group in Durant, OK seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, lead clinical and administrative staff, and optimize patient care workflows. The role emphasizes budgeting, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement.

You will collaborate across leadership to implement policies, improve service delivery, and ensure a compliant, efficient clinic environment that supports excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or four (4) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily clinic operations to ensure productive and efficient work environment.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates clinical and administrative staff.
• Manages accounts payable/receivable and ensures timely invoicing.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and proper medical records handling.
• Orders and monitors inventories and vendor contracts.
• Maintains attendance and compliance with policies and standards.
