AllianceHealth Medical Group Durant & Madill seeks a Clinic Manager I to oversee daily operations at the Durant, OK clinics onsite, Mon-Fri 8a-5p. You’ll lead clinical and administrative teams, optimize workflows, and ensure efficient patient care and budget adherence.

You’ll supervise staff, manage scheduling, uphold HIPAA and regulatory standards, and partner with leadership to improve service delivery, billing accuracy, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4+ years of related experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily clinic operations to ensure productive workflows.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates clinical and administrative staff.
• Manages accounts receivable/payable and ensures timely invoices.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and proper medical records handling.
• Orders and monitors inventories; manages payments and vendor contracts.
• Ensures patient care, credentialing, and other daily operational activities.
• Maintains attendance and adheres to policies.
