Job summary

Columbia Basin Health Association (CBHA) in Washington state seeks a Clinic Operations Manager to supervise day-to-day operations with a focus on patient flow from pre-admission through checkout and on achieving operational excellence.

You will lead Medical Assistants, coordinate staff training, manage staffing, and partner with leadership to improve processes, quality initiatives, and the revenue cycle while ensuring compliant, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree; clinic mgmt experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare operations, patient navigation, and call center operations preferred.
• Formal education may be substituted with applicable training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Medical Assistants and coordinate staffing/trainings.
• Develop, implement, and revise nursing and clinic policies.
• Oversee supplies, facilities, and equipment utilization; address complaints.
