Job summary

Ultimate Health & Wellness is seeking an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to lead daily operations and scale the clinic. You will partner with ownership to identify improvements and implement scalable processes across service lines.

This hands-on leadership role requires building SOPs, improving patient flow, and maintaining regulatory compliance in a growing wellness and aesthetics clinic.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing clinic, med spa, or healthcare operations.
• Experience overseeing multiple service lines.
• Experience with EHR and practice management systems.
• Ability to lead and support existing team leads.
• Proven ability to improve operations in a growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and support team leads.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, payroll coordination, and onboarding.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Develop SOPs and standardized workflows across departments.
• Improve patient flow and patient experience end-to-end.
• Track KPIs and report performance to ownership.
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and purchasing.
