Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in recruitment, performance appraisal, and training.
• Ability to analyze information to define objectives and alternatives.
• Experience with appointment scheduling/registration systems.
• Experience managing patient services and nursing staff in a medical setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient experience, access, and financial oversight.
• Lead HR oversight and staff training and development.
• Manage clinician on/off-boarding and care coordination.
• Coordinate space, supplies, and environment of care.
• Oversee revenue cycle management and budgeting.
• Report on quality, safety, and clinical outcomes.
• Develop and deploy clinic policies with leadership.
• Recruit qualified personnel and partner with physicians and directors.
• Ensure effective operation across the Long Beach clinic.
