Job summary

Tia Scottsdale seeks a Clinic Operations Manager to lead a care delivery site with end-to-end accountability for operations, culture, and patient/provider experience. You will partner with clinical leadership, oversee staffing and schedules, and drive scalable process improvements in a fast-paced clinic environment.

This role emphasizes strategic execution, cross-functional collaboration with Medical Directors, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in healthcare operations or ambulatory care.
• Experience as Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical support capacity.
• 3-5 years of direct people management.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours to support clinic needs.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare or related field.
• Deep familiarity with patient flow, scheduling tools, and EMRs.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations, coach leadership, and address complex operational issues.
• Oversee macro-hiring strategy, workforce planning, and org design.
• Set cultural standards to drive engagement and development.
• Manage day-to-day clinic flow, front desk, rooming, and workflows.
• Monitor provider schedules, staffing, and emergency changes.
• Track metrics on patient experience, access, and care margin.
• Identify gaps and implement scalable process improvements.
• Partner with Medical Director to optimize care team dynamics.
• Create a hospitality, service-oriented clinic environment.
• Escalate complex patient experience or quality-of-care issues.
• Maintain regulatory compliance (HIPAA/PHI, OSHA) and safety.
• Ensure clinic readiness and coordinate facilities needs.
