Job summary

Banner Health seeks an experienced clinic operations leader to manage day-to-day outpatient operations and own the financial, staff engagement, and patient experience outcomes. You will collaborate with physician practice leaders and market leaders to recruit, develop, and retain staff while ensuring compliant, efficient operations across the site.

This role supports Banner’s mission by partnering with Public Relations and Marketing to promote the location and services, driving patient access

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree and relevant business/healthcare experience.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across clinical and administrative teams.
• Knowledge of budgeting, payroll, inventory control and charge capture.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of an outpatient clinic or health center.
• Ensures high quality patient care and customer service with financial efficiency.
• Leads staff engagement, development, and performance feedback in collaboration with physicians.
• Ensures compliance with accrediting bodies and government agencies; serves as compliance liaison.
• Coordinates with market management to build community partnerships and promote services.
