Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11 in the normal line of progression for the occupation.
• Experience coordinating, directing and assuring quality management of patient care administration activities in a clinic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assure quality management of patient care administration activities within the CBOC.
• Oversee day-to-day outpatient care administrative programs and supervising staff.
• Direct and integrate clinic administrative and clinical program elements.
• Lead program administration on equal opportunity, merit promotion, labor relations and position management.
• Develop policies, plans and reporting procedures for the outpatient clinic.
• Ensure safety, environmental regulations and budgetary controls are met.
