Job summary

InclusivCare seeks a Clinical Site Manager in Marrero, LA to ensure delivery of quality healthcare services and efficient daily operations at the assigned clinic site under the direction of the DON, serving as a key member of the management team.

You will supervise Medical Assistants and staff, coordinate workflow, maintain regulatory compliance, oversee staffing and training, participate in hiring, budgeting, and lead quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing, Emergency Room, or Ambulatory Care.
• Licensed LPN or RN in Louisiana working status.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic workflow and staffing.
• Direct, monitor, and delegate clinic activities to staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and standard of care.
• Participate in hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Manage budget and financial performance with DON.
