Job summary

The role requires 2 years nursing experience, a BSN, and an active Louisiana RN license with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• 2 years nursing experience.
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing.
• Current unrestricted Louisiana RN and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Supervises front and back office staff and conducts staff meetings.
• Manages employment processes including interviewing, performance appraisals and disciplinary actions; maintains payroll-related records.
• Maintains patient service focus and coordinates with hospital departments and physicians to improve quality and customer service.
• Manages daily operations, including budgeting, inventory, scheduling, billing, collections, and compliance with CPT-4/ICD-9 coding for reimbursement.
• Ensures adherence to OSHA, CLIA, COLA standards and other local/state/federal mandates.
