Job summary

LCMC Health is seeking a Manager of Outpatient Clinic to oversee day-to-day clinic operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure high-quality care in alignment with hospital policies. This role requires supervision of both professional and support staff and collaboration with senior leadership.

You will lead policy development, monitor budgets, and strive for continuous process improvements to deliver exceptional patient care across our outpatient services in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 5 years of Supervisory Experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages professional and support personnel charged with providing outpatient care to patients.
• Evaluates outpatient clinic's program policies/procedures and evaluate mechanisms to ensure consistency with the regulatory laws and standards.
• Participates in the development of outpatient clinic policies and procedures.
• Ensures efficient and economical performance in accordance with clinic operating budgets, goals and objectives.
• Maintains effective communications with senior administration, medical staff, the community, and all levels of clinical employees.
