Job summary

Qualifications

• LPN or RN with current Louisiana license.
• Five years of management or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily workflow, staffing, orientation, development and training.
• Directs, monitors, and delegates daily clinic activities.
• Ensures adequate staffing and provides direct patient care when needed.
• Maintains clinical knowledge and acts as a clinical resource.
• Participates in hiring and performance evaluations.
