DEWITT FAMILY PRACTICE in DeWitt, IA is seeking a Clinic Practice Manager to oversee daily operations for 5 medical providers and a 15-member support team. This role blends clinical insight with business operations to drive efficiency, patient care, and staff engagement.

The role covers scheduling, HR, compliance, revenue cycle management, IT coordination, policy development, and quality metrics to maximize patient satisfaction and performance bonuses within our private practice setting.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years direct clinical role experience with triage and patient care.
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience in medical offices with billing/AR and scheduling.
• Bachelor's in Healthcare Admin or related field; ADN/BSN or Medical Assisting diploma with management considered.
• CPPM or CMPE certifications are a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and schedule 5 providers and 15 support staff.
• Handle hiring, onboarding, and terminations; manage PTO and benefits.
• Develop policies and SOPs for the employee handbook.
• Direct master scheduling to maximize patient volume and prevent burnout.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and labor-law compliance; monitor quality and ACO metrics.
• Oversee patient flow, billing/AR, and revenue cycle; manage IT infrastructure.
• Resolve patient concerns and maintain high service standards.
