Job summary

FirstHealth of the Carolinas seeks a Clinic Manager for Convenient Care Clinics in central North Carolina. Lead clinic operations, supervise staff, oversee scheduling, billing, and patient flow across sites within the FH system.

The role requires a BS degree (preferred) and at least three years of supervisory experience in a physician practice or hospital setting, with strong CPT/ICD-10 knowledge and proficiency in Epic.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience in physician practice or hospital setting.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding and third-party payer rules.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to lead others.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of medical and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinic operations for Convenient Care locations.
• Supervise clinic staff and collaborate with the Operations Director Convenient Care.
• Ensure accuracy of scheduling, billing, and patient flow processes.
• Monitor compliance with safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
