Job summary

360 Behavioral Health seeks a proactive Branch Manager in Santa Barbara to oversee daily clinic operations and lead administrative teams, ensuring top-notch client service. You’ll partner with clinical leaders, manage scheduling, HIPAA compliance, and office infrastructure while driving efficiency and staff growth.

You will supervise scheduling, documentation, and audits, contribute to community referrals, and support recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and administrative functions.
• Monitor operational performance and financial goals.
• Manage special projects and process improvements.
• Partner with clinical leaders to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate office meetings, events, and facility management.
• Maintain office equipment, supplies, and inventory.
