The Director of Clinical Services is a key leadership role responsible for driving clinical excellence, operational performance, and team development within the clinic. This role partners closely with regional leadership to expand services, oversee clinical programming, and mentor a high-performing team of clinicians.

WhatYou’llDo

Lead Clinical & Operational Excellence

• Oversee clinic performance including service delivery,utilization, census, and staffing
• Ensure clinical teams meet billable targets and service expectations
• Monitor and improve clinical quality, supervision, and treatment outcomes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA standards, and regulations
• Supervise, coach, and mentor BCBAs, Supervisors, and clinical staff
• Support professional development through training, feedback, and performance management
• Lead provider meetings to address barriers, cancellations, and serviceutilization
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture

Drive Business Performance

• Own clinic P&L and key financial metrics
• Analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvementsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and growth strategy

DeliverClinical Oversight

• Provide case supervision and consultation
• Oversee assessments, behavior plans, and treatment programming
• Ensuretimelycompletion of documentation and reports
• Partner with families to support engagement and clinical progress

WhatWe’reLooking For

• Active BCBA certificationrequired
• Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of clinical ABA experience
• Minimum 2 years of BCBA supervision experience
