Job summary

Metro Vein Centers is seeking a hands-on Clinic Manager / Medical Office Manager to lead daily operations, team performance, and patient experience in a high-volume outpatient setting. You will oversee administrative workflows, support clinical operations, and ensure the clinic operates efficiently in line with patient-first standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience required.
• Prior experience managing operations within a medical office, outpatient clinic, specialty practice, dental office, urgent care, or procedural healthcare setting strongly preferred.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow across the day.
• Lead 8–11 front desk and clinic support staff.
• Partner with physicians and clinical teams for patient flow and alignment.
• Manage staffing schedules, PTO approvals, and daily coverage.
• Address escalated patient concerns professionally and proactively.
• Monitor clinic KPIs, patient experience, and operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and standards.
