• Assume CM responsibilities in case of absence and assist supervisor with hiring, role descriptions, evaluations, and terminations per policies.
• Lead staff meetings, oversee daily clinic activities, and drive professional development in leadership, technical, and communication skills.
• Ensure timely processing and accurate coding of accounts payable and maintain effective patient account collections.
