Job summary

As a working leader, you will assist with patient care and front desk duties as needed, while guiding the team under the Territory Manager and Regional Director. Flexibility in shifts is required to meet clinic needs and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical/front desk operations.
• Ability to schedule clinical and clerical staff.
• Experience onboarding new hires and training.
• Strong patient service and conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage staffing to meet patient volume.

Responsibilities

• Build monthly schedules for clinical and clerical staff.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires.
• Oversee clinic flow and assign duties to staff.
• Maintain inventories and budgets.
• Handle patient complaints and report to leadership.
• Ensure deposits are banked per policy.
• Provide coverage for clinical/front desk duties as needed.
