Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
• E-Clinical Works Experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations as directed by Clinic Manager; address staff and provider issues promptly.
• Drive departmental initiatives for operational improvement and staff training.
• Enhance EMR utilization, reporting, and compliance with guidelines to increase efficiency.
• Coordinate patient care plans with physicians and multidisciplinary team for seamless care.
• Attend meetings and support clinic site operations as needed.
• Organize coverage schedules to ensure adequate staffing during operating hours.
