Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare or clinic operations experience.
• Experience with clinic business/financial management and operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare payor programs, including Medi-Cal and Medicare.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Medical Assistant Diploma or higher.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between facilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of clinic locations.
• Lead and develop clinic staff, including recruitment, training, credentialing, and performance management.
• Drive productivity, revenue, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure patients have timely access to high-quality care.
• Oversee quality improvement, utilization management, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage clinic licensing, certifications, audits, and payor requirements.
• Identify and resolve operational, financial, and productivity challenges.
• Support and expand services across Medical, Mental Health, OB/GYN, Endocrinology, Dental, Optometry, and Nutrition.
• Oversee facility management and clinic infrastructure.
• Review business, financial, productivity, quality, and utilization reports.
• Develop collaborative partnerships and support strategic initiatives.
