Responsibilities

• Schedule sessions, manage cancellations/rescheduling, and ensure prescription fulfillment.
• Coordinate BI onboarding, recruitment input, and staff integrations.
• Monitor BI performance and address retention concerns with Clinical Director.
• Oversee front desk duties, mail handling, and daily center operations.
• Promote center events and maintain a clean, compliant clinic environment.
• Coordinate entry/exit procedures and oversee manager-on-duty coverage.
