About the Role:

As an LPN/RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising shifts, managing staff to ensure resident care, and maintaining high-quality care standards. You will also be expected to ensure smooth building operations, address resident needs and concerns, and maintain quality resident care. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise shifts to ensure resident care is provided in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage staff to ensure optimal resident care and address any concerns or issues that may arise
• Ensure smooth building operations, including managing inventory and supplies
• Address resident needs and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner
• Maintain quality resident care, adhering to established standards and protocols
